Seamos creativos y salgamos del deber ser y la rutina
Diferentes escuelas y liceos, municipales y particulares subvencionados de Peñaflor, se han adherido de manera entusiasta a la propuestas de un Programa del Ministerio de Educación para elaborar en conjunto un proyecto sobre Escuelas Bicentenario con el propósito de profundizar sobre los cambios culturales y su relación con la educación.
En el día de ayer, junto con Patricio Rivas , la Directora del Colegio Altazor de Peñaflor y las profesoras, estuvimos conversando y recogiendo opiniones sobre qué les había significado los talleres sobre Creatividad realizados por Claudio Di Girolamo y el propio Patricio semanas atrás.
“ Se abrió una ventana y entró la luz”;
“ Mi mente se abrió para atreverme a crear”
“ Me vi muy estructurada, rígida, atrapada en la rutina y con poca soltura para inventar nuevas cosas”;
“ En la semana, pude experimentar como los niños construyeron su propia actividad sobre la solidaridad y se la representaron como el amigo sin necesidad de regirme por mi planificación; me di cuenta que mi trabajo no solo es enseñarles, sino también aprender de lo que los niños me enseñan”.
“ Es un cambio de adentro que tiene que ver con el placer de lo que hago”.
“Arriesgando la voz y en grupo se descubren los sentidos”;
“Nos falta trabajo en equipo para tener una mirada de conjunto”.
Las expresiones de las caras, de los ojos, de los cuerpos no dejaron dudas de la buena atmósfera que los propios testimonios fueron creando; estábamos en una experiencia donde circulaba ganas de continuar y descubriendo nuevos caminos para trabajar desde la vitalidad , la felicidad y no desde el deber ser.
Es curioso constatar que a pesar de la planificación, las experiencias de stress abundan en nuestras vidas y, muy particularmente en las escuelas. No tengo duda que la planificación no es la creatividad; la planificación es un instrumento que nos ayuda en nuestra navegación, pero una vez que frente a las dudas tengo que escoger, tengo que arriesgarme y tomar una decisión por donde navegar.
Tal vez el miedo a equivocarnos nos instala en la rutina y nos mata el atrevernos a buscar y, sobre todo a escuchar nuevos caminos.

Como apasionado de la tecnología en general, y en particular de la radio como herramienta de aprendizaje, conocimiento y divulgación de información, deseo invitarlos a escuchar el Primer Podcast Educativo Chile en www.chilepodcast.cl
Asimismo, quiero compartir con ustedes el sueño de transformar a Chilepodcast -El Primer Podcast Educativo de Chile-, en un medio de comunicación y difusión de actividades escolares y estudiantiles de alumnos y profesores chilenos.
El podcasting es una nueva tecnología de distribución de audio a través de internet, que permite a cualquier persona colocar contenidos audibles en la red. Si el fenómeno de los blogs permite colocar contenidos por medio de la palabra escrita; el fenómeno de los podcast permite colocar la palabra en forma hablada.
En este contexto, deseo invitar a todos los profesores inquietos del país que hayan enseñado en el pasado por medio de “Clubes de Periodismo Radial” o “Radios Comunitarias”, a participar en chilepodcast formando una Red de Corresponsales con temas y actividades educativas que se realizan en sus respectivas comunidades escolares.
Para los interesados en comunicar sus actividades por medio de Chilepodcast, les ruego ponerse en contacto conmigo, por medio del correo electrónico a fin de aclarar dudas y explicar la forma de funcionamiento de esta iniciativa.
